Why should We Exercise?

Increase in physical activity can lead to a longer life and improve health. Exercises can help prevent acquiring some diseases like cardiovascular and other health problems. Exercise builds strength, gives you energy for your daily activities, and can help reduce stress. What is your opinion or views on why do we have to exercise?

Exercise is very important in human life...Exercise keep me in the best of health..Not me only but for everyone in the world...Exercise avoid us from danger disease....that all from me...Practice to do exercise everyday...That my advice to my friend here....

yes we definitely need to exercise everyday or just 3 times a week would do. it will keep us healthy and stay in shape and prevent any diseases.

You are absolutely right in saying so. 'Health is wealth'-so goes the proverb. To maintain a good health, both physical and mental, exercise is a must for everybody.
