ICC has rejected the appeal petitions by Aamer and Salman Butt to revoke the ban on them. These two continue to be banned till ICC completes it's investigation on the spot fixing issue. The final decisions would be commuted to them after ICC completes it's investigation. Cheers! Ram

Hi Ram, If once a player got fixed in match fixing or accused of match fixing then it will take a long time for the return of the suspected player. If he fails to perform then the audiences and fans would tell that he has involved in match fixing.ICC would definitely take their time to clear the issues on this problem.Let's see whether the players are involved in match fixing or not.

Yes, once the seeds of doubt are sown it is difficult to clear them. Anyhow it was clear that ICC had to take some concrete steps this time around. It is good to see that ICC is being firm on this one. Cheers! Ram

H Ram, Really ICC should take this issue as an insult for the GAME OF CRICKET.They should severely punish all the players those who involve in match fixing. If one player involves in match fixing then the whole team will be dragged in to the issue of match fixing.Hope the ICC takes some strict steps so that in future match fixing are not possible.

Well this was coming for sure as ICC dont have much of a choice now.I strongly doubt that these players will come back to cricket soon.ICC officials know that if these players will be let off i dont think cricketers along with fans would like it at all, i mean who would waste 10 hours watching a cricket match if players start throwing and fixing matches like this.I wont be surprised if very strong actions are taken against these players by ICC after completion of investigation.

I agree that ICC had little choice in this matter. If they were lenient then the world of media would have erupted against ICC. Anyhow let's wait and watch what the final verdict comes out to be. Cheers! Ram
