How can I really be trusting myself in crowds?

I really am scared when I'm in crowds. It's like I'm sinking. I have tried to improve myself but saw very little improvement. I can't even stand straight and I don't want people to see me. What do you think should I do? I really want to gain more self-confidence. I can't talk to people (face to face) so much because of insecurities. I'm not really that ugly looking but I just tend to think of what if, what if, what if... How about you? Do you feel things like this too?

This happens when someone suffers from inferiority complex and low self esteem. This is a behavioral problem that persists if proper attention is not given to rectify it by developing positive mental attitudes. One needs to develop and maintain friendship with persons with high positive attitude,self-confidence,enthusiasm and courageous. Besides, there are several personality development books that help develop positive mental attitude and eliminate fear psychosis.By building high self image, one can develop high self-confidence.High self image is about thinking high of yourself. Regular habit of thinking big of oneself can help reduce inferiority complex. Thanks.
