What is the best sandwich at Mcdonals?

I have never tried the fish filet sandwich before. I am sorry to hear that you got sick when you got a Big Mac :( When I go to McDonalds, I only order the cheapest burger - the McDouble and I usually order just one to get myself going because I'm in a rush. I prefer to eat a real burger from Red Robins or Chili's then the cheap fast food burgers...

Sorry to hear that the Big Mac made you sick to your stomach Ekobernie. That is actually my favorite sandwich from McDonald's, although I rarely eat there. Maybe you should try some of the other fast food restaurants and stay away from McDonald's for a while if it makes you sick. If you only have time for fast food, then here are some of my suggestions...Arby's, they have some great roast beef. I also like their mozzerella sticks. Plus, within the last year (I believe) they started a Value Menu which has a little big smaller sandwiches, but they are all priced at one dollar. Most people, except maybe little kids, could probably eat two of them. Burger King also has some pretty good sandwiches. I prefer their burgers to McDonalds. And I think the Whopper is a pretty good sandwich. Plus, they have a pretty good double on their buck menu. And of course, there is Taco Bell. They have a pretty reasonable $2 Meal Deal Menu now. On this menu you can get a burrito or taco, a drink, and a bag of chips, usually doritos I believe. And the drink is not one of those rinky dink ones either, it's at least a medium. It's a pretty good deal for two bucks. Otherwise, I hope you can find time to enjoy nice home cooked meals. They are most often the best!

I like the Filet o' Fish too. I can tolerate the hamburgers, but I don't eat them often...

I honestly never tried their sandwiches, and I did not even know they have sandwiches there! Maybe it's a regional thing?
