Hi friends from the world all over, How did you celebrate Halloween? It always fall on the last of October for it is the time to commemorate our dear departed in the next two days of November 1 and 2. For some it means a long weekend vacation and time to be with families to gather once more. Others, spend it on going to that special place with family and friends, bringing food, flowers, music etc. For me, I just stay at home with the kids and play plants and zombies on my dinky PC all day long. Please describe your way of doing it.

it was really fun! We started decorating on the 30th and continued the next day and ended up at around 31st, 4pm. I made some zombie out of newspaper and made some eyeballs as well and hang them out above the plant box. We also set a long table with cute halloween table runner and some skull candle holders as well for the decorations.. Of course, orange and black balloons were there as well and I had our fluorescent bulbs covered with blue clear plastic. our relatives came for the event and they brought their own special dishes since it's also my mom's bday. we really had some fun and we'll be doing more of these yearly.

Well we didnt celebrate halloween in our country. But playing plants and zombies all day long sounds like real fun. Its better to spend it the way you really wanted to.

Hi haxor, The Philippines really don't celebrate Halloween in the strict sense of the word. Spending it on some similar activities makes one participate in the spirit of the season. Thanks for your comment.

I stayed at home with the curtains closed and the lights off (so i got no trick or treaters) and just watched a horror movie with my fiance. Ive grown out of decorations and fancy dress and my daughter is too young to understand atm.
