Are you comfortable while working in a team of opposite $ex or gender.

It could be seen some women being much uncomfortable working with lots of men or may be a man being comfortable with a team of only girls with him. Anyhow I feel it is an individual choice, some enjoy that team, some gets bored and some utilize it well. But I do love be with lots of girls those are well going in team. If working with pretty girls one of my friend get nervous. I feel age too matter at times.....

I can be uncomfortable with either gender, if they do something to make me feel uneasy or uncomfortable around them. It's not usually the case, and I seem to get along with most everyone that I have to work with, but at the same time, I've also worked with a couple of guys who made it hard to stay focused and had weird intentions. That, I do not like, but I have also felt uncomfortable with certain ladys - either because they had an attitude, were racist, or something to that extent. But no, I wouldn't say I can't work with guys - I have before, and will continue to..

It is bit difficult to change members from teams when it is order from high authorities. We should also be able to adjust with others, may be to go well along with the team rather putting blames on others, may be a self analise before blaming others.

Hi dear,
I am comfortable working with any one and any age group. My current office environment is a place where we have 50:50 ratios of girls and boys with an age group of 20 to 35. In fact I prefer to work with girls and it is a pleasure and good time with them sharing work with them. Also, I had an experience of 6-7 years of working with a women’s university and women’s college. I have more of work experience with girls if compared with girls. If we have good and understanding lady or girl staff to work with, it would be a great time. But when I work seriously on anything, I won’t mind who is near to me and I prefer to be alone.

I don't mind who is on my team. I just don't like when everyone knows each other and I know no one. It makes it hard to collaborate.

When working with team i would rather work with half,mean,girls and boys.
Age doesn't matter since i can relate easily with young genre.
But if in any special case that i will be working with all boys and i am the only girl in a team.
Wow,i feel like being treat like a queen (queen mother hahaha)
Tomorrow i can see who a i working with,whether much of boys or girls or all boys or all girls.
then i will let you know how was it working with them
