How do i deal with adult adhd? / myLot

I take my medicine everyday, but sometimes pills don't help. How do you organize your thoughts in adult adhd and finish what you start?

I do have adult adhd. It is not always easy. In my case, my meds actually do help. But it does not help everyone. I don't always have an easy time organizing my thoughts and such. My husband does help me out when he can. Maybe this is something you can talk to your doctor about, and see what your best options are. That is probably the best thing to do. That's what I would suggest.
