It wasn't so much fun this Halloween

It was Halloween last night, and I did take my nephew and niece go for "Trick and Treat". Not so many kids around the community come out to get candies though, I just wonder where they go actually. I took them go around a couple of blocks, and knock on a couple people's door. Some didn't open the door, and some did generously give us more candies. Maybe not many kids come around this year I guess. After an 1 hour or so walking, we all just don't feel the fun, and I decided to take them home. When I return home, my sister told us, there was only one child come around to get the candy. The rest of Halloween night just too quiet. How about your community, any kids come around to "trick and treat"?

Well Halloween isnt much fun here.
Trick or treating is not a good idea in this neighborhood.
So halloween just went by like any other ordinary day.

Our halloween was fun, but we didn't see as many kids out than last year and not that many knocked on our door either. I think most people nowadays take their kids to halloween parties instead of taking them trick or treating. Some also don't take their kids out trick or treating and just let them watch some childrens halloween movies.

I personally believe its just parents are very cautious now and probably only keep their children around houses around their block with the people they know. There's a lot of sick people out there that do weird things so people probably get scared.
