Have you experienced UTI? It is painful right? I even cried when I had this. And they say that if you are pregnant you are more prone to this especially if you have UTI before is it true and how can you prevent it?

Luckily I only experienced this once in my life and not quite sure I had all the full symptoms as I never really had pain and or bad discomfort as I have heard from to so many. I know doctors recommend flushing out system with plenty of water in fact, I looked it up a minute ago and found this great article that may be of interest as it provided ten way to prevent and be cautious:

I hope it helps and you no longer feel this bad again. Feel better.

wow, taht is so informative. I would never ever want to have UTI again. That is so painful and scary. I drink Vit. C but I stopped the cranberry juice because it taste too sweet for me. Maybe a dried cranberry fruit will do. Thanks. :)

I guess I got this about three times in my life already. The usual culprit for me is not drinking enough water. Whenever I feel the onset of an infection coming, I must drink 250ml of water an hour till I'm passing lots of urine. It helps. I was also given antibiotics another time which I had to take for a week. I was told women are more porne to this than men so hygiene is important as well as taking lots of fluid.

omg, i have had these all my life, they are just really nasty and i don't like them. First go to your doctor, she/he can give you some pills that will make your fluid a little orange when you disperse. You take it twice a day. Also, make sure you drink lots of water, cranberry juice and apple juice when you can. It helps relieve the flow of fluid from your bladder. Always go to the doctor with anything related to urinary tract, bladder, uterus or ovaries. It could be more severe.

UTI is very bad and painful, I think doctors only give you antibiotics and are good only for some time, and it also have some other side effects too. It is good to drink a lot of water and urinate. It is painful to urinate but it is only way to cure....
Wish you health and good life, May God help you...:)
