There are lots of ways to lose weight, and i have here some tips on how to be able to have sexy body. Instead of really trying to lose weight by changing what you eat and how much, there are way easier and little things you can do to help loose weight without feeling like you are depriving yourself from things you like. Here are a few simple tricks to change in you everyday life that can help you loose some weight: 1. Sleep more - getting more sleep can help you make healthier choice. Not getting enough sleep has been proven to lead to obesity and making unhealthy choices. Getting at least 8 hours a nigh can help you make healthy choices and loose weight. Let us give importance in sleeping because it really helps us a lot in our daily activities. 2. Thinking and picturing yourself thin - picturing and thinking about being thin has also been proven to help you naturally make healthy choices to achieve your goal. As long as you are careful about not putting yourself down when thinking about being thin and only thinking positive thoughts about being thin and healthy. 3. Drink more water - drinking your recommended about of water each day can help you stay healthy, it no only keeps you hydrated but has been proven to improve your complexion, keep you fuller longer, and help you feel energized. It was proven and tested already that water really helps in circulated of our body. Try this 3 simple tips and i assure you it really helps a lot to us, be sincere of what you are doing for you to achieve your goal especially most men love sexy ladies. No diet will reduce or diminish your weight. You have to perspire by appropriate physical exercises for weight reduction.Don't skip lunch or anything like that.Infact take 6 small meals a day spread around the clock.Remember small is the key word here.Even an apple will count as one of your 6 meals.Your goal should be ideally around 1500 and no more then 1800 calories per day.Remember losing weight depends on burning more energy than you consume.Best way of doing that will be to exercise ofcourse.Make cardio(treadmill for example) your best friend.Do light muscular exercises 4-5 times a week and basically that'

I Disagree with number 1 (Sleep More). in my opinion, Sleep more make u more over weight. I think, the best solution is : 1. Do Exercise every day in the morning and Evening 2. reduce eat Meet! and you must eat a lot of Vegetables.
