Here in our place, thunderstorms are common during rainy days. Sometimes it comes with a loud bang making me scared. I'm also scared of very big flash of lightnings cause sometimes it means someone has been electrocuted and it's dangerous too.

I like watching thunderstorms and rain hitting the windows, its quite calming watching the rain. I like watching the lightning and hearing the thunder too as i like working out how close it is to where i am and seeing the flashing lightning in the dark.

Hi, Yes..I scared of lightning and thunderstorm if I were alone at home. Everytime when sky started to get dark and strong wind comes, I will stay indoor and when I saw lightning is striking out there, I will close my eyes and ears.I just feel scare with such loud lightning out there especially during night time. That is also the reason why I scare to be alone at home at night time.

Thunder is something that I am more annoyed, but not really scared about it. It is a loud noise that can make me jump into the air. It is also a bit creepy when thunder strikes loudly when I am in a deep sleep. It is rather bothersome to say the very least, when I wake up and it is rather annoying to try and get back to sleep. So yeah, thunder is more annoying to me. Lighting on the other hand, I have a bit of a fear for lightning. There is good reason. It can actually hurt you unlike thunder. And it can strike very close. The closest that it has ever struck around here was right outside of my bedroom window. It was like rather close all things considered. It completely scorched the grass right outside. That is way too close for comfort. So yeah, when the lightning is outside, I slightly cringe.
