How to delete my own posted discussions?

I had posted some discussions 3 years ago, and now I wanted to delete it myself, because I don't want that some of my personal friends who added me here will read it and would tell everyone about this topic which was my experience in life. Hope somebody can answer me how! Thanks in advance!

you could contact the administrator and tell them what you want to do .
