do all countries people use brinjal? and do u make brinjal recipes and do u like it to eat it daily. tell me ur brinjal recipe names.
in india we prepare brinjal curry,stuffed brinjal,bagara baigan,vangi bath,baigan fry,brijal pickle,brinjal chutney,brinjal bajji or pakodi,brinjal kadi,brinjal chips,brinjal tikka, bringal raitha ,sandwich with brinjal etc .
do u know any other indian recipes with brinjal?

Well I have never heard that aubergine (what we call egg plant here in the UK) is also called brinjal!
I use aubergine a lot, I love it in curries, moussaka and ratatouille, the nicest way I ever had it was as aubergine fritters in Corfu - naughty but VERY nice!!
