I encountered Blue screen on my PC. The computer recommended me to perform chkdsk so I did. After perfoming chkdsk and see the result. I saw that my HDD has bad sector? Is there any possible way I can delete or elimate the bad sector found in my computer.

Chkdsk will have already locked out the bad sector. You should not need to worry.

Actually, you SHOULD begin to worry if your PC is beginning to get bad sectors. It means that the hard disk is getting old and may fail completely. At least start saving for a new one and certainly back up your data and make sure that you have all the original disks for the software you use.

have you tried using third party software like hirens (warez - collection of different good software pack into one package)... for logical bad sectors in a particular hard disk it may clear the logical damage. But if the bad sector is a physical one like you hear a ticking sound in a harddisc while running as part of your computer then you need really to backup everything. try this link www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd Hope it might help you.
