I have done some voice over work in the past, but wouldn't necessarily say I'm from the industry. What did you want to know?

I am interested in doing some Voice Over work. I would like to know that what all should a person know to start this work. Is there any training or guidance for this available (specially online). Can you share some tips. Getting work is not a problem with me..
