People today find many ways to look for boyfriend or girlfriend. And we cannot deny the fact that internet is one the greatest medium to find partner for some people. Other people became successful in finding their dream partner but others don't. Well personally I I have experienced that before, that was about more than two years ago when I met my ex boyfriend through chat. I can honestly say that I fell in love with him that time, He's very sweet, caring and ambitious, And I thought he's the man I want to spend the rest of life. Everything was fun, we see each other through web cam everyday. Most of his time was wasted for me. Even in his duty hours he still all, and that was a long distance call since he's in Korea and while I was in the Philippines. I always ask God to bless our relationship if that Guy is my destiny. And until one day that I found out that he's already married with his wife in the Philippines. And that was the end of our sad love affair, of course I immediately broke up with him even though it was very painful.Now I just realized that guy was not meant for me, and after two years I can say hat I have totally moved on because I am happy now with my present boyfriend whom I met in my previous workplace. How about you have you has relationship with someone you met through online chat?Can you shar us your experience?

No matter what the medium is, the more interaction one has the more you will know about the other person. This would either lead to friendship, love or hatred - depends on the character of the other person and the likeliness of ideas and mindset matching each-other's.

Hi,
Maybe I should say that I met my soulmate from chat room.
Actually my spouse is my friend's chat mate. We met up together for movie and
then we just lost contact with each other.However, we did keep our emails and
after been losing contact for few years,at last, we contacted back via email.
Then we exchanging our contact number and he started to call me one day.
We have a chat and it carried on as time pastby. we met up
for movie and dinner and as time pastby ,chemistry is created and he slowly
fell in love with me. Of course, It took time for me to accept him.
Now,he has become my husband and he is a great father for my son too.

As far as I am concerned, I think I do ahve a good relationship with a friend just through the cahtting online.We have been friends for about a year now. Since the fisrt time that I juat talked with him, I am so interested in the style that he talks to me. Then in the following days, I just try my best to do some other talking with him. With so long time together, we have been so good friends now. Wish you can enjoy your friendship.

I'm a guy myself and from my point of view, people could say anything or portray any character that they want online...you see I'm not trying to plant an idea that everybody in this virtual world is not being honest, but there's a high possibility that most of a person's profile given on internet aren't true...
I tried to find relationships online, but for me they just didn't work...you have to at least see him/her in person before you can judge anything..there are, though couples which I know who met online and their marriage lasts until now...you believe in God don't you? Then I wish that you'd find your other half somehow, and more importantly, find your meanings in life... have a nice day mayrah!! :))

I met my boyfriend online and I trust him completely. We've been through alot. People getting in our way and trying to break us apart. It's been 2 years now and we're still together. We're trying to make enough money to live with each other. I live in cali and he lives in washington. I hate the cold and he hates the heat lol We'll find some way to work this out.

I have never personally chatted up a lover, however my mother and my sister have had experience with the online dating. My sister is now a single parent mother from her Online love bug, barely getting child support. My mother has had some very very special experiences online. After hearing their horror stories, I don't believe I will be heading in the same direction.

Sorry to hear your story. I had meet someone quite a long time also through chat we been together for more than a year. We ended up for some reasons that we have our own priorities in life and we hardly to catch each other's time. Still we become good friends, nowadays, I seldom see her or find her online. I am happily married now and she is also having a family of her own as well. A wonderful experience to me anyways.

No Not really don't care about it don't think they will ever work out but people are love crazy so it's possible but who knows...the scope is big online but I rather marry someone close
