Whats Virtual Credit card(VCC) and is there any probme to verify paypal?

Whats the Virtualcredit card actually and is there any kind of problem i will face while verifiying with such VCC to my paypal.Pls do guide me.I saw various person giving VCC to verify,there are VCC services also who takes $8 to 10 for verification.

I have saw the site of VCC earlier but I don't really trust it that much. Personally, I'd rather use a Bank Account to verified my paypal since I find it less expensive and less risky. I think it is more practical to just verify it with Bank account than to take the risk of using this Virtual credit card.

VCC for paypal is kind risky and against paypal terms..if they found out your account will get suspended and money frozen for doing illegal activity on paypal.some VCC provider are making VCC from stolen/thief card and some provider simply claims Bank for the charge back..if that happens your account will be limited to access.this has happened to some people..verify your account with legal way like attaching your bank or credit card..after verification complete you can un-attach them from your account.
