Well, I'm not ashamed to admit... that I moan.. and yes, when my GF moan when we did it, it gives me more pleasure and give me more confident that I could make my GF feel comfort and satisfy :)
I believe that moaning is not necessarily voluntary, but more like... why a cat purrs. I would not say that moaning gives additional pleasure, most people don't even realise that they do it.
