Can you leave your house without a cellphone? And if you do, in what occasion?

Can you leave house without your cellphone? - In the advent of technology, we are so blessed that we can use an ever reliable communication device "cellular phone" or cellphone almost every single day to ease boredom and longing. It has been a widely and commonly used gadget for everyone and other individuals just can not go outside their house without their cellphone intact with them. I do support this idea because it is the most possible and immediate way that we can get in touch with somebody. And with additional features such as games, music, camera, entertainment and web, the cellphone has become a problem solver for those our craving to pass time with something we can enjoy.

The advent of technology gave the mankind various good gift of wonders and amazement. One technology that fruitfully gave us convenience and pleasure is a communication device called a "cellular phone", or simply nowadays, its just "cellphone". In today's time, wherever you are, this is the most used gadget. In most cases, from teens to adults, (and will you mind if I say the reality that for kid also) everybody used this technological gadget for every single day. Since the cellphone manufacturer rise the level of competition by providing the cellphone not only its power as a communication device like adding web access, entertainment, games, fun, camera, music, and even user-interface, this gadget has become the mostly used amongst all...(and also maybe abused?). To ease boredom while waiting, to reach family and friends, to compete in online games, to take pictures, to listen on your favorite tunes in radio or digital sound, or just to say "HI"... the cellphone has become a little buddy for us since it always gave us a company and communication... (but of course with exception if low power or low battery) It never fails us to amazed that every now and then the cellphone technology easily advances and has gone major face-lift from time to time and every other manufacturer tries to out-smart the other to grab the market share and lead the way. These are the very reason why essentially the cellphone has become our go-to gadget wherever go, we need to relieve our boredom and longing. Me, I carry around my cellphone almost every single day when I leave the house. I feel more secured when it is just there and I can communicate with my home buddies whatever time it needs. I just don't bring it going to church... For whatever reason, I do not bring it. I do know, you know the reasons why. I will not comment to those who bring it to church and the guts they have in using it there... I am not in the position to say anything about this. I think you also see some this happening, every now and then. How about you? Did you always bring your cellphone when you leave the house? Aside from communication function, what other things that your cellphone gives you? And at what occasion or instance you do not bring it? Hope you can share us some of your views and thoughts about the topic...

Hi jharia, Good to hear about your situation. Most of people nowadays do always need their cellphone. As if it was always part of their clothing... Ever feel something is not complete in your clothing if you left your cellphone. I think it is like that. It is always better that you can always bring the thing which makes you complete like your cellphone which is I think has become your best buddy. Have a nice day!

I have done that many times, sometimes it is because i've forgot to charge it the night before and others is just because if i'm with my wife she will have hers and anyone that needs to contact me urgently will contact her as most have her mobile number too.

It may be rare that I leave home without my cell phone but I don't always have to have it on me in person. Few things first, I don't use my phone to listen to radio or watch tv or play games. As funny as it might sound, I don't need to be tied to my phone all the time doing something with it. There are times when I went to a wedding, church or company functions or family functions, I left my phone in my car, glove compartment. I would check it every hour or two to see if I missed any important calls or voice mails or any emails & etc. I have blackberry but that's because of my work. I take it with me on my vacation but most of the times, I use for camera function since I don't have seperate camera.

Fancy that you asked that. This morning I left the hoome and left my mobile behind me. It was a relief. 8 hours without having the temptation to check for text messages.

I dont think many people will think about leaving their mobile phones at home, nowadays people cant imagine getting separated from their phones, every one needs one and am sure of it mainly for their personal duties or for work people do surely need a mobile phone, well personally i dont leave my phone at home, even now in my pocket there will be my phone, well the only time that i get separated from my mobile is friend is when am playing outside, then again its really troubles me, that i dont want to miss any urgent calls, there are only a few people outside those things mobile not needed. for me its needed.

Since my cell phone is the only phone I have and use, I do need to take it with me whenever i leave the house. There have been times where I had forgot it, or I left it because I needed to charge it. I am certainly lost without my cell phone. I don't text with it, but i do use it for talking mostly, and also checking my email, and also going on the internet to check things as well. I didn't know what it was like not to have a cell phone for years, but once I decided to have a cell phone, it has been my life line to my family and friends. Of course I can also use the ocmputer to communicate with them, but it is easier on the phone, as they aren't always online at the time I am. Take care, and have a very good day.

If i leave home without my cellphone, it is usually not a big deal to me. It means that I just forgot to grab it. This will probably be a time that I needed it most.

hi friend...how are you...? cellphone... without that its very difficult for me to be at any place(ofcourse not at restricted places). Because it became a part of my life... and making calls to my friends messaging them and teasing them gaming music photos... all these feature and fun will be there with me if it is beside me. I will something i have lost if its not there with me. But i will not use the phone in temples and college because i love the phone but i will love my duty and morals more than it.I would love to use it because it is fast for communicating and its comfortable and c compact for carrying. except this there is nothing with there with it. apart from communication as previously said music, social networking, ebook reading, video etc facilities are there in mobile... have good day buddy...
