Yahoo mail can't access. LOADING problem...Anyone experiencing this?

For the past 2 weeks i can't open my emails due to loading problem. I got pissed of waiting it to be load but still failing. I wonder if others experiencing the same problem or my internet provider is the problem? I tried opening other sites and it's pretty well working except from two Paid To Click sites whose ads won't also load or maybe the sites are no longer existing. I badly wanted to check my mails for me to response to the discussions i responded and some other stuff to follow up. Why is this happening? I used different units to find out why but there's no improvement, an never ending loading...
