I would say, dried manggo, chicharron (skin of the pork fried and dried with fat..something like that) and liempo. Those mostly are the delicacy's here in Cebu..other Cebuanos here can also add more. These three are mostly what my relatives abroad would want whenever they would come back here.

Hello Syoti20, I'm from Cebu, Phils. and there are so much delicacies here. My number one priority would be the "Lechon Baboy" paired with hanging rice and with spiced soy sauce. It really satisfies your taste and Lechon Baboy are often placed on dinner tables during fiestas. Dried mangoes too, as what mentioned on the above response, dried fish, fresh mangoes, and there are a lot more than those. Have a nice day!

I hail from the Bicol region which is super famous for spicy food cooked in coconut milk. Bicol is also known for pilinuts. The most popular spicy dish in Bicol is called Pinangat. It is a lot similar to laing but the leaves are tightly packed in the shape of a square and tied together by a abaca tie-string. For the sweet toothed, there are Pilinuts candied or roasted variety. I recommend you to try them out.

Hello hippie, my late lunch was Bicol Express. The viand wasn't the food I was expecting to be. I didn't taste any spiciness of the food. I hope I could find a true Bicol Express.
