Which would lead you to success having a star factor or intelligence?

Humans never get satisfied with what they are and what they have. That's why we always strive for more. But time will come as we get older we tend to change in our thinking. When i was a child I always wanted to be somebody like an actress that I idolize. But when I grow older I began to mature in my thinking and just want to be myself. No matter how much effort we exert to be like somebody we'll just get disappointed for we cannot be somebody else because GOD created us individually. I think being successful does not depend on the outward appearance alone because someday beauty will fade. But when it comes to intelligence it is more advantageous because it doesn't fade but we can still enhance it as we get older.For me, it's better to have both intelligence and star factor, and yet still be balance.

Let us assume, SUCCESS, as being on top in which ever field we are. Then, here is the recipe : ANY ONE CAN REACH THE TOP. BUT TO STAY THERE IS A MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION. TO STAY, WE NEED 1.Sincerity 2.Hard work 3.Consistency.

I would much prefer having intelligence over star factor. Of course talent as well as beauty makes for a great celebrity, thus earning reputation for yourself. But in some cases, beauty, talent, as well as reputation fade with age, or can be damaged due to accidents or misfortune. With intelligence I can accomplish more than just a name for myself. I would have the possibility of creating long-lasting changes in society, much more than any pretty face could do. My inventions and discoveries would be my legacy. I'm sure many of us can say who invented the light bulb and who discovered electricity faster than we can mention ten names of stars from the nineteenth century. Celebrities entertain us, but the intelligent benefit us.

well I am so jealous to those who have star factor..and intelligent people.. and those who have a very unique talent.. if I am about to choose..maybe I will choose to have this talent..talent that is not ordinary but unique and if somebody can do that.. I wanna make sure I am the best..:p if you will have that youll manage to get everything..

Personally, I'd choose intelligence over star factor. I don't need to become a star just to be successful in life. I think success can be attained through the right knowledge, skills, and attitude needed in our work. Being famous won't last forever, it's not a guarantee that we will be a star for as long as we want to. No matter how bright a star shines, it will somehow fade. Star factor isn't the only thing that matters to last in the entertainment business. Talent is also important as well as intelligence. Well, we don't really need high intelligence but we still need to be smart in dealing with our career like in choosing projects, answering questions or issue from the media or in various events, etc. We still need to use our brains. More so when it's time to leave this business, we can't rely alone on star power outside the entertainment industry. We will always need intelligence in our lives. Moreover, I'd prefer being intelligent wherein I can invent or create things that could help millions of people make their lives a whole lot better. I could contribute more on our society, in fact to the whole world and that's truly more rewarding or fulfilling to me. I know celebrities also have their own contributions, but for me, I think intelligence is a better choice. =)

I think one factor to consider here is what kind of career you're into. If you want to expose yourself like an actor or actress or a model, having that "star factor" would be of great value. On the other hand, if you want to be successful in other things in life like having an office work, business and the like, intelligence would give you much way ahead. Really fortunate are those who got both things... There are pros and cons on both though. Beauty can't last forever. It WILL fade away with time and most people who have been admired due to beauty have lost the admiration of people as soon as they've lost the outer beauty. Intelligence may not fade with time as fast as beauty, but still may fade. How? Because when we get old, we may suffer illnesses that deteriorate our memory. But surely, intelligence will last longer than beauty. Either way, if you have beauty or intelligence, it would be of no good if you will use it on doing bad. I believe whatever we have, we should always use those things in the good things that may benefit everyone.

If it were me, I would rather choose to have a star factor rather than being intelligent. Because I think that we can be intelligent if we could have just the time to study but if you were talking about being street smarts then I guess I would prefer that but overall, I think that star factor is more of a major factor. I f you want to be intelligent, then study, if you want to have a street smart then stick with the people who got experience. I am not okay with it because of the fame and popularity but I like star factor because I think i will feel more confident. And first impressions last unlike intelligence which could not be seen at first glance.
