Does it mean Scam?

Okay here is the topic today. And I am actually bothered by this thought, I hope you will kindly help me then. I know you can, for sure. When a particular site, like gaga doesn't cash out unless you upgraded your account, does it mean to say scam? Or does it mean to say that gagabux is one of those scam ptc? I am actually trying to figure out what ptc to leave and stay... And, one thing, california clicks is down today, are you also experiencing the same there? Server error, you know...

I smell rats! Sites that pay only after you upgrade is a sign that it is a scam site. Don't waste your time with such a site as it is only interested to take your money instead of paying. After upgrading they will impose another rule saying that your request for payment is on queue. Forget about it and don't get yourself trapped by these scammers.

There are just a few sites which stay genuine forever.... or may be I should say for a long time.... I personally would not invest anyone money unless the site is online, genuine and paying for 6 months, if not 1 year.... So, do not invest money without much investigation about it.... Just check out for how much time it has been paying.... If its more than a year... then you can trust it to stay online for quite a while.....

Only pay if you upgrade? Not good. I have a friend who upgraded in a program, and never got paid. I only promote places that I have been paid from. Good luck to you.

Why don't you try being innovative like using PTP sites now? Like join TechDoctorDeals, HyrexTalk, TheCashChat. Its still like myLot but surely they pay more.
