using full words instead of their shortcuts on mylot... / myLot

When writtimg in other sites like in chatting we use shortcuts in writting words like we write t.v for television, but it is a point to note that we write the full words like television not t.v. Here on mylot. Do you know why? I think we want to just increase the length of our post that's why we do it. What do you think?

I think you are probably correct. I tend to always use full words, not just short cuts, so Mylot is not much different for me than normal. Have a wonderful day!

Also, not everyone can read text speech. So full words are better

Yea you are right, some of people may not understand the shorcuts that we use so it's better to use full words. And also it increases the length of your post in the the response box, which may help your earnings here on mylot, so it is better to write full words. Happy mylotting. Thanks for your response.

lol... I would 2nd to that.... hehe... I would say my lot in a way is less informal than the other chat stuffs....

Well, no site tell us to be formal or informal, even mylot does not have any that type of rules but most of the people here know the importance of writting full words here , as they take more space than the shortcut words and to earn good money herd your post shotld be consisting of mimimum of three lines. I tend to both for some reason, mostly I will refer to the full way of spelling but on the odd occasion I do type short abbreviations. I really don't know why I go between the both, I guess sometimes I forget because I am busy but I do prefer to write in full. It looks better in my opinion, although I don't really see why it's a problem to do either. Personally I just do it as a habit, I don't try to increase my response by dragging words out but some might. I don't know :)

I have done it both ways, but I do try to use full words as much as possible as it does help to lengthen our posts, and I think that id really looks better than the short version does. I think it just does make sense to use the full lenth of the words as they are much nicer looking as well. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

Yea writting full words also make our post look nice. And there is a need of writting full words also because few people here may not understand the shortcut words. And writting full words always has an advantage. Happy mylotting. Thanks for your response.

I never notice that. I guess most of us do that but sometimes we cannot help to use short form also. Is it really effect our earning here if we use short form?

No, it does not matter a lot. It is just useful in increasing the length of our posts, which earn us money. Logically our posts should be atleast of 3 linds to earn money here that's what most of the people here including me believe. But the shortcut words are not of that importance. Happy mylotting.
