Wow! A nice topic of discussion. I like quotations and I try to interpret them in all possible ways and try to analyse the quotation in the context in which they were used by the author. Some great authors like Oscar Wilde, who is most quoted author in English literature has very meaningful and sensible quotations. His quotations are like darts which pierces one's heart directly. Some quotations they look simple at the first instance, but having paid little attention, the hidden meaning or the intention comes out! If you see some of my books from my personal library, I have an habit of underlining the statements which I like and because of this you will get most of my books with underlined quotes with some personal comments of mine. Now coming to the part of collecting these quotations, which I was also keenly doing as a Student, where I used to have some nice Dairy in which I used to collect these quotations, I no more do that, as I am already getting them readily on the Net, when ever I require them. You can very well have as many quotations by great persons of the past and present if you simply search in any of the Search Engine For the required site. I used to post one quotation daily on my page when I was in Face Book along with the name.
