What kind of shoes you would like to buy this winter? What is your preference, quality or design?

Whenever I buy a pair of shoes, I always go for quality and Comfort. The design is a plus but not the main deciding point for me to buy one. If you were to buy a pair of shoes for winter I would recommend you buy/choose the one with good quality because you'll be using it in the snow. Snow is slippery so you have to make sure you have good rubber sole with good grip on the ground and the pair that would keep your toes warm during a cold winter stroll .

I would prefer to the quality of shoes to buy because there are designs that have low quality.

I can't afford "quality" anything. I buy what I can afford which is about nor more than $25 for a pair. I buy wherever I can find what I like for that price. Recently I have been finding them at Payless. Really cute ones and they last and last. I did have a pair years ago my husband bought for me...paid $50 for them and they fell apart in about 6 months...while those I paid less for and wore more, lasted longer! Plus I love shoes, so if I pay less for them, I can have more pairs...and since I have so many...I can wear them couple times a month each and they won't wear out as soon!

for my everyday shoes I prefer quality over quantity.my staples are wedges,Mary Janes, boots, booties, and gladiator flats.for winter boots and booties are the staple shoes.I love knee-length boots during cold weather.booties look great with a mini dress and leggings.

I prefer both, quality and design. I love shoes and i like it having unique designs, but the quality matters mosts to me. Because i like my shoes to stay long for my daily usage,i don't like changing shoes now and then.

I guess I am a bit of a stickler because I want the best of both worlds. I don't like wearing shoes just for the quality of it I also want it to look stylish. Of course that doesn't mean that I won't get a shoe that is just flat out comfortable to wear on those blah days but to go out I want stylish, quality, comfort and great design. See and guys say women don't know what they want, we just have a hard time finding exactly what we want lol.

For my everyday shoes, I usually go for design. Quality has a price and although I used to buy expensive shoes for everyday, I don't anymore. The reason is that they're useless by the end of season because they wear out and I need to throw them away. Two winters ago, I bought quality leather boots (I always wear boots on winter) for over $230 and they had holes by summer. Now I choose cheap models with a pretty design and I don't feel bad when they need to be thrown away. I do prefer quality though when it comes to fancy shoes. I want my heels to look like I'm a celebrity, so almost always go for designer brands. I have even paid up to $300 (and that was the discount price) for shoes.
