Japanese People - Long life secrets.

Every People on this earth wants to live long life. But unfortunately , many of us die in early stages of life due to many disease like heart attack, cancer etc. But research have established that Japanese people live longer life than any other people on this world. No Japanese people die before the age age of 78. Their minimum death age is 78. How is it possible? Reports also say that they have low cholesterol in their blood. What is the secrets of their food habit? Does any one of you know these secrets?

It is hard to say for sure, but I have heard that the fact that they often drink a lot of green tea is good. They also eat a lot of other things that are really healthy such as fish and ginger, but less of spices such as chili and garlic. I have no idea if this is really the reason, but it makes sense I think. So trying to eat lighter meals would definitely be a good way to go for all of us!

Hi, It is because of their food habits and the more they walk compared to sitting and cleanliness. The food they eat comprises of more fish and less red meat,and dairy products. More soy and tea and they eat in small plates small portions. This is one of their secrets to have a long life. Happy living.
