how will you define gay?

How do you define gay? That is a funny question... I have a brother who is gay so I have met alot of his friends. To me they seem like regular people, maybe some different than others? Anyhow in each race, gender, relationship, there are all different variety of people. I know that even among gay men or lesbian women they judge each other. I know some of my brother's friends didn't like being "flamy" some were quiet and didn't let people know they were gay. How would you want someone to treat you?

Expect a lot of criticisms if you are a gay. That is the reality you have to face. If I see a gay like you, i better ignore him. Except for my friends that are being gay. Just my 2 cents.

well, for me we all have differences, and we cannot please everybody, just be yourself and be responsible to every acts that you are doing as long as you don't harm anyone...it doesn't matter for me if your a ga y or straight

The simplest definition for just being a gay is "not being man enough". It is simple as that. But in our society nowadays, gays tend to be classified in a more defined way for social awareness. First, are the "habitual gays" which are labeled or termed as "gay-to be", they are more of pretenders or are accepted as gays but in reality, are not a gays, they tend to show gayness only in doing some specific function, for example is because it is how they work. Second are the "identity crisis gays"... these are gays who don't know whether they are indeed gay or not... and is still searching their own self if they are indeed man or gay. Third are the "closet-queens".. they are the ones who can not let it out... they tend to hide from their own shell but are already feeling gayness. Another are the "cross-dressers"... these gays show the vulgarity of being gay, they wear feminine clothings even more gregarious than an ordinary female. And the last one which an ultimate one which every true gay wanted to be are the "trans-genders". I don't like to comment further about this since it is an adult, mature-content but I think you know what it is. You did not explain what degree your gayness is... But I do believe you already realized that you are a less man... By doing so, you only had been true to yourself and it is" not to disgust" anyone. Follow what you think will make you happy but "do not cross the line"... You should know your role as a whole in the society so that you would not feel the discrimination other gays are suffering. For myself, for the gays or lesbians as it is, I am comfortable with them if they are descent and know the word "respect"... Take care of yourself... It is a decision you make on your life, you have to listen to your inner self what direction you like to be... Hope you find that peace and happiness within...
