i think to reach the min. cash out level you have to do so much effort to view the full videos by other people its better to start using other website other than this it doesn't pay more to their members. you should try metacafe i think it also pays us for uploading videos and and pays us on per views.

This site is legit, but to reach the minimum $10 cash out takes a lot of effort. You do get good $ generate in the beginning, but it will gradually decrease. Referral that are active will turn inactive, they are adjusted to slow down your profit. A great concept idea, but takes a huge effort and lots of time to cash out. Not a place if you are looking for easy cash.

Its legit, I received payment, but its giving out too low of a pay per video these days :/ I quit using paid2youtube a long time ago.

Paid2youtube is a legit site so far. I had seen many payment proofs. But as you already know earning is extremely slow there, just 0.001$ per video and most time there is no video to watch. The minimum payout is 10$. Unless you have tons of referrals it will make years to reach the cashout. I stop using Paid2youtube because it is not worth my time. Happy Earnings

Herd about this site before but i didnt think it made much sense because they only pay you something like almost nothing to watch a video and the videos are limited and cash out is also kind of high at the rate of $10. So yeah i never really tryed it out but i believe it's still legit and paying just dont know if it makes much sense.
