shareing PayPal account

here is a quote of things NOT to do on myLot: "Share PayPal accounts. Please use only one PayPal account per myLot account."
my question is: why does it allow me to share a PayPal account with my husband, who is also a user in my preferences? Is this something we are allowed to do? Will we be both be compensated? We only have one PayPal account that we have shared for years and would rather not open a new one.
Thanks for any responses. I'm trying to get the hang of all of this and want to be sure it will all pay off in the end.

I don't see how that's a problem in regards to PayPal's terms of service. Paypal has no way of finding out who uses the account. The account holder or someone else. However if the account is on your name and your husband commits money laundering or any other criminal offence you will be the one who is going to be pressed charges against.
It's the same stuff with a wifi connection. If your wifi connection is open and somebody does illegal things on the internet using your wifi connection you'll see bars but no booze. ;)

I guess my question is more geared toward myLot. If they allow it. It let me sign him up under my preferences but then I was reading up on the guidelines and it seemed to contradict itself. So, I just want to make sure that we will both be compensated using the same PayPal Account.

It does seem as if there is an error in the guidelines, or rather a portion of them that was not properly updated. disregard this error and I will bringing it to the attention of the right people.
