Bad Habit Will Turn To Health Problem

Just recently I always heard to my colleagues that my body reduce from an average to a little bit thin. Even me also find it when I saw myself infront of the mirror. The only thing that maybe the cause of reducing is the stress from work. Last 2 months I can't sleep because I always thinking my work how to please my boss because he is the first boss I encounter that it's hard to deal with. Not only me, most of the people in our office don't like his attitude and this is the reason why most of them will living end of this year and early next year. What I did to relieve my stress, I smoke and drink alot. I am lack of sleep everyday. I woke-up late enough to rush on the office after taking a bath and no breakfast at all. I always eat late. I felt homesick and alot more. It's very difficult. I need to change my habit so that my health won't be affected but the reason how I can start. I need your suggestion guys.

Your awful boss is slow killing you! Better take a new job than let your health suffer. If you get sick, your boss doesn't care and he won't even pay your hospital bills. So, I suggest better find a new job.

Maybe you should consider changing jobs. I think your boss is really affecting your health. But then, if you do not have a choice, then a few changes in your lifestyle can help improve your health, like making it a habit to wake up earlier so you can have a decent breakfast and less stress in trying to get to work on time. Drinking and smoking is definitely not helping, maybe you can opt for other ways to de-stress yourself without it affecting your lungs or liver.

Well you really need to change your ways. I hope u know that medical doctors have found at that stress causes cancer. Not only cancer, when ur stressed your immune system is affected and you are very prone to sickness which is not good. Sleeping is the best relaxation and it is when cells regenerate.And you need a good sleep everyday and not like you sleep good tonight then you dont the next night. I practice what i preach and i tell you ,works!!!

july honey I do not want to sound like I am lecturing you, but truly you have to divert your attention to other things outside of drinking and smoking. You will lose track of your objectives and not be to willing to continue on to more positive things as your body is going to give up on you. As hately says above please join a gym and or networking site, where you can speak and see people on a more positive point of view. Believe me when I tell you that if you get in any form of trouble, none of your friends as much they want to help later will not be able to do so. Please take care of yourself honey, this is the only life you are ever going to have. So I am not saying you cannot go out and have a little fun but please minimize it to only once and maybe twice a week. Good luck sweetie.. Please listen to us.

SUGGESTION? I would suggest that you stop all the bad habits. In my conclusion you're coping with stress very badly. Try to do some deep breathing exercise. Then try to have some good sleep. And if you feel that you are not happy in there, QUIT! because sooner or later, things will go badly and in the end, you'll regret!

Self discipline is one of the most important thing in life. Bad could easily be controlled if a certain person have a very strong self discipline. Why? because you alone could control yourself in doing bad things and not anybody else. So to avoid such a problem then you should be able to weigh things whether good or bad for you.

That is really not healthy. Please remember why you work abroad-to give your family here a good life and to enjoy the fruits of your hard work with them. How will you do that if you will be sick?

Take good care of your health, your body is like an automobile, it becomes exhausted from wear and tear. Eat healthy, stay fit, and cut that old habits..
