What ignites tranquility and peace in you?

For me when i see greenery or listen raindrops, soothing piano music i enter into peace.Seeing old gold days of my city gets me sad but i feel proud of the rich culture and heritage.
So what invokes tranquility in you?

For me its being surrounded by books and having my cat purring in my lap.

Reading a book in the tranquility of our home, with no phones going off or any one around to distract me from reading my book certainly allows me to be at peace.

Hi there Leg Spin is my Life!
Well, one thing that works for me is having my loved ones around me. I feel in peace despite of how noisy they get when we are all together. I also like staring at the sea or even our aquarium and just watch the fishes. Another one is watching our parakeets in our yard. These things are really relaxing for me.

lying in bed hearing the rain falling outside must be my favourite. An odd one is knitting or seeing someone knitting.
Music wise it must be to listen to the music of the 60s even though it is lively music. Seeing all the family sitting around the table yakking away is my second and a very close thing to my first.
