yes,of course! when you say sorry, you have to mean it deep inside from your heart. saying it when you are not really feeling sorry, means nothing.

I agree. Don't say sorry if you are not sorry,. You actually sense it if the person is sincere in saying it but there are some who are really good in acting.

yeah, too bad there are people who are really good at it. it just takes time for us to realize who are those people who are just sincere or not when it comes to saying sorry.

I think it depends on the person who said that. Some people tend to say sorry just to end up the conversation or just to please the person they've hurt but not really do they meant it. Apologizing is useless unless you really mean it and won't do the same mistake ever again. ^_^

Anyone can say the words. Without feeling and heart behind those words, than they are nothing but empty words spoken in the wind.

for me sorry if easy to say but the actions that would show how sincere one is for that sorry is more valuable and not all people do that.

Well, an apology without really meaning it is worth less. But saying sorry with all a person's heart is enough. But, "Actions are better than words". So, best to include actions with a sorry.

isn't enopugh.for me excuses don't mean wnything. I would rather him not telling me that he's sorry but to prove me that....to show me that he understood that he was wrong.it's easy to say this words "I'm sorry", but the thing is to really feel that/
