Do tasks help you earn faster

I have been in mylot past 2 months and have earned very little but when i complete a task i get the money faster. Are tasks not easier ways to earn money than only depending on discussions. I have started a couple of discussions but yet I guess only one of them mustered attention.
Earning has never been my criteria but yet I felt that tasks are faster ways to earn.

Ohh nice.. Does commenting itself earn you sufficient amount?Have never realised it till now. I love to go through discussions. Sometimes I dont even respond as I hardly have anything to say. Other wise I usually respond to the discussions.

So how much time do you mylot altogether on an average. Was just wondering..Wanted to know means to make a dollar a day..Is that possible? Is it possible in mylot? If so how?

I mean you could just respond to other discussions. Yes, you could earn a lot by doing so if you find starting a discussion mind boggling. LOL! I earn an average of $0.20/day while posting approximately 20-30 comments, adding few friends, searching a bit and creating discussions very lowly.

A few tasks does. Like today I have completed one that pays 10cents. But there are tasks which give you just 1cent. They're just a waste of time.

Yeah. I realised this after completing today's task. Earned 10 cents which is pretty decent as a discussion also does not get you paid more than that. But I have sometimes seen that search also pays. But you must be lucky for that. Have been paid for searches I guess.

But dont you think many tasks are restricted to US,UK and Canada. I feel it would be better if there are many tasks for other countries too. :)

hi deep ikavivek why do not you also respond to others discussions as discussions is only one way of making money respond a lot to our discussions will bring us to respond to yours and also comment on all responses you get, you only get paid for what you post and type not for what we respond to you a lot of you have the wrong idea that you get paid for our responses no we did the work so we get the pay always comment on all our responses and you will make better earnings.

Point noted. Will do it from now on and will surely let you know if I start making money faster. Thanks for the tip.
But I respond more than I start discussion for sure. But yes commenting for whatever responses I get is something I need to learn and practise.

Yes, the earnings increase by doing some simple tasks..so one must keep checking up for the new tasks to appear but you rightly said above that most of the tasks are targeted to US / Canada..but still you find some International tasks like sign-ups..
Well,its true that at present the number of tasks available are less than they used to be earlier..

Ohh..Seems like you have been long in mylot. I hope to get more tasks and tasks that are easier like sign ups. A better deal I guess even if you dont want to continue after sign up.

yes, tasks helps in reaching the payout much faster. but i enjoy responding to discussions. actually the pay per post is quite low but like you i do not post only for money.

True I love the discussions in this forum. There is evrything under the sun. I dont start many discussions until I really want to talk about. I like to respond to many and sometimes I dont even respond but just go through people's ideas :).
But at the end of the day when you get paid for writing dont u feel happy?
I am for sure very happy that writing is helping me make few pennies :)

Tasks do help you earn more in MyLot because they are added to your earnings.
