Any suggestions how to update preprinted material?

Hello all I want to amend some of my last assignment and exam papers so I can use them again this year after making updates. Any suggestions how to update preprinted material?

Are you a teacher, you will update these and set for subsequent year examinations? I think you have to retype the entire stuff and save it in word format in your pc, if need arises, you can modify prind again, Happy posting, cheers. Kalyani
