it is time to test gagabux again

long time ago, i am a gagabux member. i cashed out and i wasnt paid until now. but then i have 5 dollars left in my account.
when i opened my account last week, the phrase "your cashout is in queue" was gone. so i tried to cash out again. it says, "upgrade"
i was so DUMB to give my 9 dollars and upgrade. but then, it is time to test GAGABUX again. and i believe, it is also time for them to prove that they arent scam.
if gagabux is really a scam then God bless to the admin. hope he will GET RICHER...

Actually, I got paid from gagabux few times before. That's what proved to me that it's not scam. I started to follow strategies in order to earn more from them. I upgraded my account and etc. The results were good enough for me. But in a moment they changed all their procedures! That's exactly when they turned in to a "scam wannabe". At first I had my money about a week after my request. Then I didn't get my last one at all! I can tell you what the story was. It's all about this upgrade. I had some good earnings there and I just wanted to cashout because I had to pay for my membership. You know, at their beggining we were able to pay the upgrade with our earnings there. But soon after that we were no longer able to use our inside earnings for this. We had to pay the upgrade trough paypal. That's why I wanted to cashout! And what I found was that now it takes about a month and a half to receive payment from them. I know, that's just ridiculous! But I don't care much if I have my money at last. But that's not all - they've accepted a new rule. The rule says " You're not able to cashout if you're not upgraded member." When we actually request payment our cashout is in their list. But if our membership expire before we recieve our payment, they are returning the exact amount back to our account. That's exactly what happened to me!
Now, I'm still checking their forum and we still find people recieving payments from them. They say that we will recieve our payment, but it takes about 5-6 weeks to go. Actually, I'm still seeing people over there recieving payments about 3-4 months after the request! So it seems that I'll have to pay them for a 6 months upgrade in order to receive my payment. That's about 40$! And it's still not a guarantee for me! Is this worthy at all? Why are they doing it so complicated? At one side they're scammers, on the other - they're not . . .
