can't sleep early...

guys can you help me...what can i do to sleep early ? cause i cant sleep as early as i can i feel so ugly already :(

reading bible is the best way to make you sleep. try it, it will not harm your health. god bless

hi,mine is also same problem.I usually go to bed around 12 or 1 am,meantime i am with computer.If i want to sleep and want rest,i will swallow Alfrazolum 0.25 mg tablet,so that i can get sound sleep.All the best and have a nice time.

Sorry to hear that. Here are some tips to help you catch all the ZZZs you need. I hope you get better soon. 1.Try to go to bed at the same time every night.This helps your body get into a routine. 2.Follow a bedtime routine that is calming, such as taking a warm bath or readting, and drink a glass of warm miik 3.Limit foods and drinks that contain caffeine. These include some sodas and other drink,like strong tea. 4.Don't watch scary TV shows or movies close to bedtime because these can sometimes make it hard to fall sleep. Turn the TV off when it's time to sleep. 5.Don't exercise just before going to bed. Do exercise earlier in the day ,It helps a person sleep better.

Hi when u go to bed try to remember ur best holiday trip or a place where u feel very good n than try to feel that u r there and and dont let any thing com to ur head and than start counting 1 to 100 slowly slowly i hope u l be in sleep before u go to 100

hey,i can fully understand your situation because i am suffering sleepless either.it's really really hard for me just go to bed early or just sleep on time even though the next day i will have morning classes .it's been a long time that i can't sleep early ,and although i know how much it cause my health problem ,i just don't wanna go to bed and anyway i think we should take this problem figure step by step and go to bed on time . ensure a silent sleep enviroment and make youself relax .wish u can solve this problem soon and have a nice day .:)

Your mentally stressed . If you have more stress than you wont have good sleep nor you will get sleep . You can consult a doctor or if you not wish to consult doctor than you can do Yoga or meditation too keep your mind stress free . It will help you to stay healthy and you will get a nice sleep .

When you can't sleep at night, don't count sheep. Go to the shepherd.

a glass of milk usually induces sleep or a light stretching exercise, but if it still persists, better to get some sleepers prescribed by a doctor. sleep disorder is caused by a lot of factors and if it is significant, then it is best to consult your doctor.

Well one advice, you have to organize you life, like waking up early in the morning, that's the most important thing, wake up early, you can sleep early, that's the rule, LOL. Also, try to do some tiring exercises, it helps so much in making you sleep early, this is what i feel the day i workout, if you don't workout, have 15 to 20 minutes long walk, it will make a great effect in worning you out lol, so you get to bed early.

when i was a child the trick of counting sheeps do.... my mom always told me to do so, untill i fall sleep. now it wont work, i just do a lot of things during day time, so when the night comes im already tired....

drink a cup of milk is helpful . and have a tension before sleep. the most important is attitude. and if they do nothing,ask your doctor for some advise

wake up early in the morning, do some exercise, yoga and pranayam, keep busy yourself, drink milk at bed time. all this will certainly help you sleep early
