Breeding Cockatiels

Hello all! About a month ago, I was given a pair of cockatiels, male and female. I then gave them a nesting box and they are sitting on five eggs already! Does anyone have any tips and advice on breeding cockatiels? Have you ever had a clutch of cockatiel eggs that you raised successfully? What did you do? What would you have done different.
