Yes,Laugh now, come on,laugh,as much a you can till you get sweaty and you feel muscle pain in your tummy since that is losing weight.
You read it right,It helps you lose weight.
According to my research, laughter can keep weight off just by giggling for 15 minutes a day can burn enough calories can she up to 5lbs.This means by laughing 15 minutes a day, you can lose 40 to 70 calories as researchers estimated.Isn’t it great?

I laugh A LOT and, ironically, I am a really skinny guy! So, there you have it folks, a first hand user testimonial! lol
I wonder...if I stop laughing, will it be easier to gain weight? I really need to gain some weight.
hmmmm. delicious food and a healthy weight? or being able to laugh at and enjoy many silly and ridiculous things? hmmm...toughy...

You are hilarious, insulin!
I have been a little depressed. Maybe that's why my weight is increasing? Does it work the other way around?

Haha, that's nice. But what is 40-70 calories? A couple sticks of gum? I guess every bit helps. I do agree with the fact that laughing can help you lose weight, not because it burns calories, but just because it means that you're not stressed and you're not pushing yourself too far. Laughing is a sign of having fun.

this might be good information i have to tell some of my friends as well.
personally,i haven't tried laughing for fifteen minutes,i guess. only ten minutes can do. or if i had seen something really funny, that i can't forget it after fifteen minutes,i guess i can do laugh for that certain period of time. but,i do laugh from time to time specially when i am with my niece who keeps on making me laugh by giving gestures or dancing weird moves.
she keeps on making my day a little brighter by helping me wear a smile. so glad i have her! but i can say,she can also be tough one for me,specially when she tantrums a lot! thankfully, she always keeps up and managed to say sorry and be sweet to me again. and dance all she wants, just to make me laugh.
