accupuncture is the procedure of inserting and manipulating needles into various points on the body to relieve pain or for therapeutic purposes. It also aims to restore and maintain health through the stimulation of specific points on the body.
I haven't tried accupuncture yet but seems worth to try cause it can relieve pains and aches you are experiencing.
If you think you can try it out,why not? but,if you are afraid of needles like me,I suppose you have to think twice or many times before trying it out. Sometimes, fear is only in our minds. We should learn to face our fears one at a time.

Acupuncture is practised in many countries around the world. There are many specialists providing acupuncture treatments, and many patients are seeking their services, which proves that acupuncture certainly works well.

If you go to Chinatown, or those Chinese medical store, they might have one or two doctors available and who also know one or two things about acupuncture. It is all about needle, and I am sure this method really work for us or not. I heard it was pretty good in place of Chiropractic. So, You might risk yourself to try if you believe in it.

A few years ago I tried it as I have really bad sinuses. Some people really swear that it truly works for them. Outside of napping each time I had it done, I did not feel any improvements with the sinuses one bit.
But I know some people, who say it works well. So I suppose it depends on the person's condition if it works or not. Good luck if you do it as it is an alternative to medications and or surgery.
