Is it wise to have a group / gang in school?

People sometimes don't realize when they do something that can be imitated by children. They' are fighting, taunting, insulting each other, talk about negative things in front of the children.Eventually their children to emulate and create a group in society and schools. Arises the juvenile delinquency which is followed by social imbalances. Gang at the school will only make a distance that separates the status of one another.
