From which video uploading sites we can make money?

I ned some web site name where we can upload our videos and if audience watch those videos I can make money from that.
I do not want any site which offer to download the video, I want only those sites who shows online video like youtube,metacafe

Blip.TV pays you for traffic that your videos receive, but they must be videos that you create yourself and not TV shows or movies.
