Physiotherapy -- Heat Treatment and Current treatment !! I'm taking this..

To start this, i hit with the door frame in my room in my back head...I'm still having a very severe pain in my shoulders, ears and eyes too.. First , consulted with a normal consultant, he gave some medicines and told if the pain continues , u have to go to a research center..I went to the research center..Consultant over there is very experienced and he examined my spine and ears and gave some medicines and told , it will go in 2 or 3 days, still i have this pain..i went to a Neuro specialist , he examined and asked me to take a scan...i took a CT-Brian Scan and it was very good....He gave some medicines and told me to take the heat and current treatment for 5 days ... I went for the treatment and they gave me the current treatment first for 15 minutes, where my shoulders and head was quenching a little and it was very fine, i felt a little relieved after the treatment..Then with the Heat treatment..It was also good...I think i'm good for now..I have to take this for 4 more days to get relived completely from the pain. Now, what was the cause for this? why the previous consultants unable to detect the problem? I still don't understand .... This CT scan is somewhat costly , RS.3000 .. It took 3 days pay of my father's income...
