Kallu is a traditional kerla beverage (very less alcoholic) made from sap of cocunut trees..kappa is also kerala's traditional nutrient and karimeen A fish, which is available in the back waters of Kerala Karimeen pollichathu (fry)is a kerala style preparation..this food combination you can only find in Kerala's Toddy Shop (BAR)..
