I'm Just wondering, what is the meaning of the stars place above the photo of a member. how i can get one of the stars. pls help me.

The answers to your questions are in the FAQs. This means you haven't read them carefully. At least not yet. I suggest you to find some time and read them, because you'll find a lot of interesting things there.

The star placed above the picture of a member represents this member's myLot reputation. It is based on how other users rated that user's discussions, comments and photos. MyLot Reputation rating is based on a scale of 0 to 10 stars (10 is the highest).
As Giftsandbags told you before, any user with a rating higher than 100 has a star. You will have one too when you reach 100 posts.
