I have two, I have one that my head lays on and one that I hug. And then there is the flipping during the night because my head pillow gets too hot. (Yes, I've tried buckwheat shells for that, still doesn't work. I must really be a hothead! :-) )

For what do you use pillow at night ?... dont say sleeping... well in that case dont you use pillow whenever you sleep.. night or day.. cant understand your own question?... MOHIT_getme... PJ

Yes, I do. It's rather comfortable. I can't imagine sleeping without one. I would probably get neck pains if I didn't have anywhere to rest my head.
