Epassporte alternative....that works with Visa?

I was used to Epassporte but now they don't work anymore so I need something like Epassporte that works with Visa and not Mastercard.Everything I find (Payoneer,Neteller) only gives you Mastercard and I need Visa.Any ideas? Thanks!

PayPal. They work with all kinds of payment systems including VISA. They have a good reputation and your account is safe with them unless you're doing things they deem shady. :)
