when your team takes an important penalty can you look or do you feel so sick you have to look away until it is over?

When it is a penalty that is in a regular league game, the score is comfortable and my team has a penalty, I don't have many emotions. But if it is an important game, I feel very emotional, but I always watch what happens on the field. I hate it when my team has to go to 11m shootout in a knock out game, I feel like I am dieing in those moments, but I still watch it. The greatest success which my team had was after a shootout, the Champions League victory in 2001 against Valencia. Either way, I feel more comfortable when my team wins in 90 or 120 minutes.

I am the captain of my soccer team so whenever a situation like this comes up i have to remain and i do remain calm and composed whatever the result may be.

I always look as i assume that we will score. The only time that i feel sick is if we miss.

I won't look away but unwittingly, my hands will be clasp and place near my mouth. Then my heartbeat will increase. And if they miss, then I can feel my heart drop.
