How can I upload a photo on my Avatar?

I already uploaded a Photo but it landed in my photos. I am new and clueless please help me.

You have to change your photo in preferences. There you will see your current avatar, you can delete the current avatar there and upload a new one. You will land directly on the avatar page so you should not have any problem in changing your avatar. Happy mylotting. Regards, harry.
