Please Help with the Create A World Tool.

Hi there. I have played all the worlds available in the game but thought of making my own game. I was just making a world and felt that I needed help in making it.
I had problems with -
# How to name the roads?
# How to name the lots?
# Is it possible to build apartments in late night? And if so how?
Please help me with these queries.

I was so excited about this tool, but honestly it's been nothing but trouble. I downloaded it, and it worked for a while, but it was very complicated and not user-friendly (in my opinion).
Then after I installed the Ambitions expansion pack the Create-A-World tool got really funny, and wouldn't load. It crashed my computer every time. After the first update to Ambitions, Create-A-World wouldn't load at all - it said it needed updating, but there were no updates. I tried uninstalling and re-installing it and it didn't work.
It's very frustrating, I'm hoping it might work again now, but I haven't got around to trying it.
